Shaolin Wing Chun Martial Arts & Self Defence Classes Available Now! To all of you out there that maybe have always wanted to learn a new skill, become physically stronger and fitter or learn to defend yourself, now is your chance! Our instructor Patrick Wasawo from Wasawo Fitness is also a fully qualified nutritionist and personal trainer and is happy to offer dietary and health advice too. The class has been a great success so far and is open to individuals of all abilities and fitness levels.
